Terms & Conditions i1dompet — A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

Welcome to i1dompet, an online entertainment and gaming platform operating under the name i1dompet ("Platform", "We", "i1dompet"). This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and i1dompet regarding your use of the platform, website, services, games, and all content made available through i1dompet.app and any associated subdomains.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any i1dompet services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which forms part of this agreement as a whole.

I1dompet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Members are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.

To register and use the i1dompet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration
• Is a valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not subject to any gambling prohibition issued by any authority
• Has no existing active or previously suspended accounts with i1dompet

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information — including your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. Any false or inaccurate information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all remaining funds without prior notice.

Each i1dompet member is entitled to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all remaining funds.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account without your authorisation
• Notify i1dompet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur

I1dompet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive such a request, do not comply — report it to our security team immediately. All official communications from i1dompet will use the domain @i1dompet.app only.

All financial transactions on the i1dompet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. The deposit methods accepted by i1dompet are as follows:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow (QR & Transfer)
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Public Bank Berhad

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request

• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn
• I1dompet reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security verification purposes for up to 48 hours if required

I1dompet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, daily rebates, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• 100% Welcome Bonus up to RM288 for your first deposit — minimum deposit RM30 required to qualify
• The standard rollover requirement is 15x total amount (deposit + bonus) before a withdrawal is permitted
• The bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated
• Wagers on certain games may not count, or may only partially count, towards the rollover requirement
• Only one bonus may be used at a time unless otherwise stated

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and table are clearly displayed before you join
• Game outcomes involving the RNG are final and cannot be disputed

• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, i1dompet will refund the original stake to the member
• Confirmed bets cannot be voided except in cases of clear system error

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i1dompet platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all remaining balances:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools
• Opposing bets (arbitrage) to fulfil bonus rollover requirements
• Fraud, hacking, obtaining another user's login credentials, or any other unlawful activity
• Use of unauthorised, stolen, or third-party payment methods
• Attempts at money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at i1dompet support staff
• Sharing your account or allowing a third party to play using your account

I1dompet is fully committed to promoting responsible play among its members. We provide a range of tools and resources to help members maintain control over their gaming habits:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set deposit limits in your account settings
• Session Time Limit: Receive an alert when you have been playing beyond your set time limit

Under no circumstances shall i1dompet's total liability to a member exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

I1dompet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected by our monitoring system
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• Failure to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the i1dompet support team. All valid balances will be returned upon completion of verification within 5 business days.

I1dompet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments take effect upon publication on the platform. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect.

Continued use of the i1dompet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in Malaysia.
